Instructions
- Cut the Layers • Use your cutting machine to cut the snowflake frame from cardstock. • Cut the backing layer (solid circle or shape) from cardstock as well. • Cut a piece of colored cellophane slightly larger than the snowflake opening.
- Attach the Cellophane • Flip the snowflake frame over. • Apply glue or tape around the inner edges of the snowflake cutout. • Press the cellophane onto the back so it covers the entire snowflake opening.
- Add the Backing • Apply glue or tape to the edges of the cellophane and snowflake frame. • Place the solid backing layer on top to seal everything in. • Press gently to secure.
- Hang (Optional) • Thread a piece of string or ribbon through the top to hang your ornament.
